Download the file above, then unzip it anywhere —
your Downloads folder is fine.
Run OpenBahi Setup. Windows will ask for permission —
click Yes.
Enter the 6-character install code you were sent.
Choose the folder holding your accounts. Setup checks it can read them
before going any further.
Pick the times to send — three a day suits most businesses —
and finish. The first send starts straight away.
Your accounts are only ever read. OpenBahi copies the files
first and reads the copy, so your accounting software is never touched and nothing
is ever written back to it.
If something looks wrong
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
Click More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows
this for any program it has not seen many times before.
My install code was not accepted
Codes work once and expire after two days. Ask for a fresh one.
It cannot find my accounts folder
Pick the folder that holds the company data itself — the one containing
the data files, not the folder above it. Setup will tell you if it is right.
Do I need to keep the PC on?
Only at the send times. If it was off, it catches up on its own the next time
it is switched on.
